General Production Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strip cut corrugated sheets and stack for shipment.
  • Assist with the assembly with large displays.
  • Ensure proper material handling and loading; maintain clean working environment; practice safe working habits.
  • Assist machine operator with operations of digital print systems and gluing/cutting machines.
  • Ensure area surrounding machine is clean of debris.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Warehouse experience preferred.

Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance (PM) on all machinery and equipment based on schedule.
  • Repair or replace defective parts.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Set up and operate welder, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
  • Set up new equipment lines and equipment change overs.
  • Maintain inventory of parts to assure repairs are done in a timely manner.
  • Keep tools, shop, and work area organized and clean.
  • Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, efficiency, and quality of product.
  • Test, repair, and operate equipment and tools safely.
  • Understand and use lock out / tag out devices.
  • Perform building maintenance including preventive maintenance and repairs on doors, docks, lighting, etc.
  • Use basic wood working skills to repair and build tables, jigs, and interior wooden structures.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Education and Experience

  • Previous repair and maintenance (machine mechanical / electrical / hydraulics) required.
  • Preventive maintenance inspection (PM) diagnoses, repair, and rebuild major equipment/components including but not limited to balers, conveyors, hydraulic power packs, diverters, compressors, motors, glass breakers, fans, pumps, forklifts, and building equipment.


  • Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-mechanical and other automation devices required.
  • Ability to read plants, prints, sketches and use those to direct fabrication or repair.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members. Teamwork and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Must be highly motivated with great work ethic, very dependable, fast moving and able to work well with others.

Material Handler

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Receive incoming materials into Amtech timely. 
  • Loading, unloading, storage and movement of materials through warehouse and production area.
  • Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, wrapping, banding and securing product. 
  • Accurately document product shipment by recording units shipped.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment to move freight.
  • Ensures adherence to all quality standards.
  • Meets established deadlines and objectives for shift.
  • Assist Shipping Manager daily 
  • Assist in other areas and with miscellaneous warehouse tasks as needed or directed.
  • Position acts as back-up for all shipping functions.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • At least 2 years prior material handling experience

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for all production shifts to ensure company standards, business objectives, and customer commitments are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and direct the performance of all manufacturing activities including throughput, cost and waste control, maintenance quality, inventory control and meeting budgeted production metrics.
  • Responsible for production output and product quality while aiming to increase production and machine capacity.
  • Manage efficiency and waste to ensure production is cost effective.
  • Utilize and maintain systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets.
  • Implement and maintain systems to drive manufacturing improvement.
  • Lead, coach, motivate and engage teams to accomplish operational objectives.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times. Cross train team members to continuously have machine coverage to operate as business needs dictate.
  • Enforce plant policies and procedures.

Requirements and experience: 

  • Bachelor Level of Degree preferred
  • Equivalent work-related experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment within the corrugated/packaging industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.

Print Press Operator – second Shift

CompanyBox is looking for a full-time Print Operator to join our growing team on 2nd shift (3:00pm-11pm). Responsible for setup, running and troubleshooting of the HP PageWide C500 Press and/or HP Scitex 17000 and 15500 corrugated press.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate digital print systems to produce high quality products.
  • Verify colors by matching customer requirements per job
  • Match proof with sample to ensure quality standards achieved throughout the job.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and perform light machine maintenance.
  • Coordinate raw materials required for daily workload.
  • Accurately report and record daily production and scrap to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure proper material handling and loading; maintain clean working environment, practice safe working habits.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of various types of printing systems for digital print required.
  • 1 year of digital print experience required.

web developer

CompanyBox is looking for a Web Developer. This person will be responsible for coding, design, function, and layout of company website. The candidate will strive to create visually appealing elements that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.   

This is a full-time position and there is consideration for relocation for the right candidate. 

What you’ll do:

  • Design, build and maintain specific CompanyBox Builder and software applications. 
  • Use scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media. 
  • Perform website updates. 
  • Develop and validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types. 
  • Edit, write and design website content. 
  • Maintain an understanding of the latest Web applications and programing practices. 
  • Identify and correct problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing. 
  • Evaluate code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, and properly structured. Also ensure that it is compatible with browsers, devices and operating systems. 
  • Determine user needs by analyzing technical requirements.  
  • Report weekly on updates and fixes 
  • Create a visible work cadence sprint that others in the company can see for awareness. 
  • Build out a CMS tool within the CompanyBox Builder for the marketing team. 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

Requirements and experience: 

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, Java and Unity 
  • Strong expertise and hands-on experience with web applications and programming languages 
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser capability, general web functions and standards
