SALES representative

Our digital packaging company needs the expertise of a Sales Consultant who has experience in the packaging industry. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record of helping businesses increase their sales numbers and improving communication with customers.

Responsibilities include:
• Generate leads and turn them into opportunities for sales.
• Contact potential customers via telephone, email and face to face.
• Arrange meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products.
• Negotiate prices with potential customers and close sales.
• Keep customers informed about their order.
• Build long term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Take and enter orders through our website and over the phone.
• Ensure all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.

Skills and education required:
• 5+ years sales experience in corrugated packaging.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Experience with graphics and printing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.

Customer Service & Account representative

We’re looking for a dedicated professional who would be primarily responsible for all aspects of customer contact in support of the company’s sales and production goals.

Responsibilities include:
• Work with team to answer all incoming phone calls according to company guidelines and directives.
• Work with team to answer customer messaging and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow-up with customers on sales requests through general inquiries.
• Communicate customer concerns to management in timely manner.
• Work with customer requests and assist customer in placing orders.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment.
• Work with team on entering customer orders into production queue.

Skills and education desired:
• GED/High School or Bachelor’s degree
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Previous customer service and or business development experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
• Ability to communicate while multitasking in an open office environment.
• Ability to correspond with customers and teammates through all written channels of communication.


The position requires regular and predictable attendance with some variations with work schedules at peak times.
The work environment is an industry-leading modern production facility. Duties are primarily carried out in the main office. At times work may involve entering the production area and interacting with production management.
